- Note: 1% Exit fee waived if borrower stays with lender for permanent financing.
Your loan submission could be structured as a full recourse or non-recourse transaction. Regardless of how it’s structured the borrower(s) must meet the following requirements:
- Experience owning commercial real estate
- Experience stabilizing commercial real estate
- Experience/knowledge in the subject market
- Financial strength (liquid and equity in other assets)
- Relationships with experienced property management entities (if applicable)
